Document storage and retrieval: All your documents at rest (PDFs, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, images, etc.) are processed by our machine learning engine, to prepare them for future use by our Semantic ranking system. All text and images within each document will be used in the future to answer natural language queries.

Document collaboration: Project collaboration and knowledge sharing occurs between teams sharing their work files, status, deliverables, and timelines, before, during, or after the project. All work and people profiles can be “followed” by any employee, so newsfeeds and notification emails alert you to new work files, images, schedules or news, as they occur.

Knowledge sharing, and mining: The way we capture work documentation, communications, and learnings structures it in a way that our AI technology can bring enormous value to your organization. The AI extracts entities (people, places, things, and concepts) from all documents and data in our application, and ranks them against user queries to determine the best answers to any question. The search displays a copy of the text that answers the question, a link to open the document, and a link to the page it was sourced from. All employees can learn from each other’s work and from any documents they have access to.
